When can I expect my order?
We try our best to deliver your order within 7-21 business days. Please allow up to 14 days of processing time for all custom orders. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please keep in mind we verify product availability before finalizing the sale. If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will reach out with alternatives. If no alternatives can be found, we will cancel your order and your card will not be charged.

I have not received an order confirmation...
Please check your spam folder. If you can't find the confirmation in your inbox or your spam folder, it is likely you have made a typing error in your email address. The order confirmation is automatically mailed to you within a few minutes from completing your order.
Why does the discount code not work?
Be sure to copy the exact discount code and take into account possible capital letters.
Is it possible to see the products before I buy them?
In order to give you the best deal, we sell all our items online and do not have an actual retail store which you can visit.
How long will it take to create my order?
Please understand that are made to order bouquets and we need time to create your bouquet. Here is a breakdown of our current processing time (this does not include shipping time):
- Brooch Bouquet - 1-2 weeks.
- Corsage, Boutonniere, Sash, Hair Accessory - 7 days.
- Custom Wedding Packages-4-8 weeks.
When your order is completed, and it will be shipped via either first class or priority mail. Domestic orders can take anywhere from 2 to 5 business days to arrive. Express, overnight shipments can take 1-2 days.
Can I have my order rushed?

Can I cancel my order?
Within twenty-four hours after you place an order you can request to cancel it and get full refund.
